As part of its continued efforts to improve the quality of life in urban areas and provide integrated community facilities, NHC inaugurated the “Al-Thuraya” Mosque at the Sadaim destination in Jeddah Governorate in the presence of destination customers and a large number of visitors.
The Thuraya Mosque is one of the prominent landmarks in the Sadaim destination, designed in a style inspired by Hijazi architectural style, embodying the region’s cultural identity and adding authenticity to the urban design.

The mosque has prayer halls, green space, and ablution facilities for men and women. The area of the men’s prayer hall is 476 square meters and the women’s prayer hall is 126 square meters, and the number of worshipers in the mosque reaches 664.
The project aims to serve visitors to the Display Village as the core of an integrated system of facilities that contributes to the creation of a balanced urban environment that combines religious, social and quality of life aspects, in line with NHC’s vision to develop sustainable urban destinations that meet the needs of its residents according to the highest standards.

The destination witnessed the holding of an open family day that included entertainment activities in the first completed part of the Green Path Gardens, in addition to Maghrib and Isha prayer performances led by one of the famous Imams of Jeddah governorate, in an atmosphere that reflected the spiritual and social aspects of the project and enhanced community cohesion within the destination. The garden will be expanded to eight kilometers in length once the entire project is completed in the future.

It is worth noting that the ‘Sadeem’ destination has a total area of over 3.8 million square meters and offers more than 9,000 residential units ranging from villas, apartments and townhouses. It features an architectural design inspired by an analysis of Hijaz identity to create a climatic environment that achieves comfort and luxury for more than 45,000 people. It is also strategically located east of Lake City, close to the Red Sea coast, with many major services and important future projects.

The project aims to become the core of a comprehensive facility system that contributes to the creation of a balanced urban environment that combines religious, social aspects and quality of life, in line with NHC’s vision to develop a sustainable urban destination that serves visitors to the exhibition village and meets the needs of its residents to the highest standards.

The destination witnessed the organization of an Open Family Day, which included recreational activities in the first completed section of the Green Path Garden, alongside Maghrib and Isha prayer performances led by one of Jeddah’s famous Imams, in an atmosphere that reflected the spiritual and social aspects of the project and increased community cohesion within the destination. This garden will be expanded to a length of 8 kilometers in the future once the project is fully completed.

It is worth mentioning that the total area of “Sadaim” destination exceeds 3.8 million square meters and offers more than 9,000 residential units ranging from villas, apartments to townhouses. Featuring an architectural design inspired by an analysis of Hijazi identity to create a climatic environment that guarantees comfort and luxury for more than 45,000 residents, it is strategically located east of Lakes City, close to the Red Sea beaches and many important services and important future projects.
