Experience Abu Dhabi announces the first ever ‘Ramadan Festival’ which will be held throughout the holy month and welcomes everyone to discover the spirit of community during Ramadan.

Tickets with access to all three locations in Abu Dhabi City, Al Ain District and Al Dhafra District will go on sale from February 20 and will be open from 8pm to 2am daily.

The 2026 Ramadan Festival will feature dedicated Ramadan districts across the country, encouraging discovery and connection, bringing together authentic Emirati traditions, community-focused gatherings and a range of family-friendly activities.

From live performances and entertainment to vibrant markets and diverse dining options, there’s something for every visitor.

Ramadan Festival 2026 will bring together a selection of Emirati, regional and international culinary experiences, as well as distinctive retail outlets and markets featuring unique products, enhancing the overall shopping and leisure experience in an authentic Ramadan atmosphere.

Ramadan festival highlights:

Cultural and heritage performances: traditional storytelling for children, poetry evenings, music and traditional performances, “Al Ayala” and “Al Harbiya” folk dances, Arabic calligraphy, and other cultural activities that celebrate Emirati heritage and identity.

Ramadan “souk” market: Souk-inspired aisles decorated with traditional Ramadan lanterns. Local crafts, unique handmade products and gifts inspired by the spirit of the holy month are on sale.

Gourmet Experience: A variety of food and beverage trucks with a wide selection of snacks, suhoor dishes, and traditional drinks.

Activities for children and families: plays, puppet shows, interactive games, creative workshops and a variety of artistic and entertainment activities specially tailored for children.
