Harvey Group begins construction of Seven Residences in October

Harvey Group has begun construction on its latest housing development, Seven Residences, in October Gardens, following ministerial approval and the introduction of a payment model that links customer installments to construction progress.

Spanning approximately 52 feddans, the project will allocate just 25% of the total area to urban areas, with the remaining land dedicated to green spaces, amenities and integrated services. The development is designed to promote a balanced lifestyle that prioritizes open space, sustainability and community living.

Seven Residences is divided into seven fully integrated zones, each offering a different housing concept within a gated community that combines privacy, comfort and accessibility.

Strategically located on the Ahmed Zewail axis, the property has direct connections to major thoroughfares such as Al Wahat Road and Middle Ring Road. Its proximity to universities and major service hubs enhances its attractiveness, giving it a competitive position in Western Cairo’s growing residential market.

Residential units start from 109 square meters and the project features a wide range of amenities including sports facilities, co-working space, social club, children’s play area, water facilities, dedicated walking and cycling trails and a fully integrated commercial zone.

Harby Group has more than 15 years of experience in real estate development in Cairo and Dubai and has implemented more than 50 residential, government and national projects with a total investment estimated at EGP 15 billion.

The company emphasized that its fully integrated development model, including planning, infrastructure development and construction, ensures timely project delivery and adjustment to evolving market demands, while maintaining high standards of quality and sustainability.
