The Directorate General of Civil Aviation has granted permission for a foreign airline to operate a civilian “on-demand” aircraft in the Kingdom under AirX Charter under Part 129 of the Aviation Safety Executive Regulations (“FOA”) after the company has met all applicable standards, regulatory requirements and aviation safety conditions in the Kingdom.
