Emaar Properties, Dubai’s leading master developer, reported strong financial and operational performance for the full year 2025, supported by sustained demand across its core businesses.

Emaar achieved record real estate sales of AED 80.4 billion ($21.9 billion) in 2025, a 16% increase from sales of AED 69.5 billion ($19 billion) in 2024, driven by demand across established master communities and successful new launches.
Fueled by strong sales momentum, Emaar’s outstanding revenue reached Dh155 billion ($42.1 billion) as of December 31, 2025, an increase of 39% year-on-year, with healthy profit margins and solid prospects for future earnings.
Emaar benefits from a substantial and diverse master-planned land bank encompassing approximately 618 million square feet of mixed-use development opportunities, of which approximately 344 million square feet of land bank is located in the UAE. This land reserve is strategically located to support the Group’s continued expansion and long-term value creation for shareholders.
Emaar achieved record sales reaching AED 49.6 billion ($13.5 billion), an increase of 40% compared to 2024, mainly due to the strong performance of the company’s domestic operations.
The company also recorded record EBITDA and pre-tax net profit, up 33% year-on-year to AED 25.6 billion ($7 billion), and net profit before tax reached AED 25.7 billion ($7 billion), up 36% year-on-year, supported by operational efficiency and healthy profit margins across all business areas.
Based on the dividend policy announced in December 2024 and supported by the continued strong performance and outstanding performance, the Board of Directors recommended maintaining the dividend at 100% of the share capital in 2025.
