RIYADH — The newly appointed prince and ministers took the oath of office in Riyadh on Tuesday in the presence of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, following their appointment by royal command.
Also taking the oath was Prince Fahd bin Saad, Deputy Ruler of Al-Baha Region. Prince Saad bin Saud, Member of the Shora Council. Prince Saud bin Nahar, Deputy Ruler of Al Madina Region; Prince Mohammed bin Abdullah, Deputy Ruler of the Northern Border Region. Minister of Investment Fahad Al Saif.
During the ceremony, the officials swore by Almighty God to be faithful to their religion and then to their king and country.
They also pledged not to divulge any state secrets, to protect national interests and regulations, and to perform their duties with honesty, integrity, honesty and justice.
The ceremony was attended by Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud, Minister of Interior, and Tamim Al Salem, Deputy Private Secretary to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
