Leading Abu Dhabi developer Aldar has announced the launch of The Wilds Residences, a flagship project consisting of six mid-rise apartment buildings located within The Wilds, the company’s landmark nature-driven community in Dubai.
The new development will consist of 740 one- to three-bedroom apartments and two- to three-bedroom duplexes, combining vast open spaces with contemporary architecture inspired by natural forms.
These apartments are surrounded by native and fruiting trees and integrated wildlife habitat that enhances biodiversity, providing privacy, comfort and a tranquil living environment.
Alder said the launch builds on the first phase of selling out villas and generating sales of 5 billion dirhams ($1.36 billion), confirming the strong demand for wellness-led living communities.
The development is open to buyers of all nationalities and is scheduled to go on sale on March 2nd.
The Wilds Residences, part of a joint venture with Dubai Holding, add further depth to The Wilds’ master plan, which blends thoughtfully designed homes with serene landscapes, immersing families and young adventurers in nature and abundant wildlife.
