The Ministry of Commerce confirmed that the registration, renewal and amendment of registration of commercial institutions in the Kingdom are now carried out entirely through electronic platforms, in a measure aimed at simplifying procedures and promoting digital transformation in the commercial sector.
Electronic services include commercial agent registration, registration renewal, and registration amendment. Beneficiaries can access the portal, select services, enter data, attach documents, pay fees and obtain certificates electronically immediately upon regulatory approval.
