The index fell 138 points. Transaction value reaches 6.5 billion riyals – Saudi News

Saudi Arabia’s main stock index fell today by 138.89 points, reaching a level of 10,709.04 points, with a trading value worth 6.5 billion riyals.

According to the Saudi Press Agency’s daily economic bulletin for the Saudi stock market, the volume of traded shares reached 271 million shares, of which 102 companies’ stocks recorded gains, while 154 companies’ stocks decreased.

Al Raji Takaful, Jazadco, GIG, Petro Rabigh, and Knowledge City companies had the highest share prices in the trade, while research and media companies, City Cement, Jaco, Paper Industries, and Nice One had the lowest share prices, with fluctuations ranging from 9.96% to 9.86%.

Americana, Shipchem International, Saudi Aramco, Saudi Aramco and Petro Rabigh stocks were the most active by volume, while Al Rajhi, Saudi Aramco, Al Ahly, Shipchem and STC stocks were the most active by value.

The Saudi Parallel Stock Index (Nom) today closed by 123.85 points, reaching a level of 22,792.98 points, with transactions worth 12 million riyals and over 1.8 million shares traded.
