The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has expressed its strongest rejection and condemnation of the blatant and despicable Iranian attacks targeting Riyadh and the eastern region, all of which have been repulsed.
Saudi Arabia stressed that these attacks cannot be justified under any pretext, especially since they were carried out despite Iranian authorities being fully aware that Saudi Arabia would not allow Saudi Arabia to use its airspace or territory to target Iran.
In light of this unwarranted invasion, Saudi Arabia confirmed that it will take all necessary measures to protect its security and protect its territory, people and population, including options to respond to the invasion, SPA reported.
Earlier, the Saudi Foreign Ministry said in a statement that it strongly condemned Iran’s “heinous” attacks and “blatant violations” of the sovereignty of the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and Jordan.
The country stressed its full solidarity with them and added that it supports all measures they are taking to ensure their safety, it said.
It warned of “serious consequences of continued violations of national sovereignty and principles of international law.”
It called for “decisive measures to counter Iranian violations that undermine regional security and stability.”
