GENEVA — Saudi Arabia strongly condemns the blatant and despicable Iranian attack targeting the Riyadh region and Eastern Province, calling it an attack that cannot be justified under any pretext or circumstances.

Ambassador Abdulmohsen bin Kotaira, Permanent Representative of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations and other international organizations in Geneva, called on the international community to strongly condemn and condemn these attacks, given their serious implications for regional and international peace. He made the remarks while attending the general debate of the 61st session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva.

Mr. Bin Kotaira also strongly condemned the brutal Iranian attacks targeting the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Jordan, calling them flagrant violations of national sovereignty and the principles of good neighborliness, and a clear violation of international law and the United Nations Charter.
