During the day’s trading, the exchange rate of the US dollar against the Egyptian pound continued to rise, with the US dollar remaining at a high of 50.4 pounds.
This is linked to the withdrawal of foreign investors in view of the escalation of geopolitical tensions in the region, especially after the US and Israel launched military operations against Iran, and the latter responded with airstrikes targeting US interests in the region.
