Ahmad Binaskar assumed the role of Chief Communications Officer at the Sports Boulevard Foundation in 2021, following a successful period of time as the foundation’s Senior Vice President of Marketing. Beyond his organizational role, Binaskar has been a distinguished member of the advisory board for the College of Business Administration at Prince Sultan University since 2020, reflecting his commitment to providing academic excellence and quality mentorship.
In his current leadership position, Binaskar plays an important role in the Sports Boulevard Foundation’s mission to position Riyadh as an international spot for sports and well-being, bringing about a culture of active participation among the city’s residents. His dedication to innovation is evident in the many successful initiatives and campaigns he has introduced, including the recent launch of the Sports Boulevard Design Code Campaign—a milestone project that showcases Binaskar’s commitment to deliver the best results, he also played a pivotal role in launching RIYDE, Riydh’s immersive cycling experience, and the community information centre that engages directly with the residents of Riyadh about Sports Boulevard activities.
With over a decade of experience in strategic communications and branding, Binaskar has left a major mark on the industry. His previous roles include serving as the Marketing Director at the Saudi Customs Authority in 2017 and as the Marketing and PR Manager for Volkswagen Group Saudi Arabia from 2013 to 2017. During these parts of his life, Binaskar was in charge of communication campaigns, events, and digital marketing assignments, contributing to the success of the respective organizations.

Riyadh’s Sports Boulevard introduces RIYDE, a two-week immersive cycling experience with cutting-edge technology and a 5.24km virtual route. This initiative aligns with the mega project’s goal to boost fitness and a cycling culture in Riyadh, connecting communities through green pathways and sports facilities.
Binaskar’s commitment to continuous learning is evident in his academic achievements as well, holding a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Prince Sultan University. Additionally, he has pursued further education with a nanodegree in digital marketing from Udacity, California, and certifications in brand management and strategic marketing from INSEAD, including a certificate in creativity from Cannes Lions School.
