NHC CEO Mohammed Albuti topped Construction Week’s list of the 30 most influential leaders in redefining the Kingdom’s construction landscape for 2025, taking first place for the second year in a row. Recognized for its pioneering role in leading qualitative change in the Kingdom’s housing and real estate development sector.

Since assuming the leadership of NHC, Mr. Al Baty has been able to lead the company to reshape the Kingdom’s housing landscape through innovative destinations that enrich everyday life, contribute to raising quality standards and invest in the future. Over the past few years, the company has set an ambitious goal of achieving up to 600,000 residential units by AD 2030, achieving qualitative results that solidify NHC’s position as the largest real estate developer in the region, 50% of which were achieved by the end of last year, contributing to the achievement of the Saudi vision goal of raising the national home ownership rate to 70%.

NHC accounts for 62% of off-plan project sales and 30% of real estate financing, and has experienced unprecedented business growth over the past two years. During 2025, the company expanded its real estate portfolio by opening six new destinations in Riyadh, Jeddah, Eastern Province and Tabuk, with destination sales reaching more than SR29 billion. This reflects the company’s leadership position in the real estate development field and confirms customers’ confidence in the range of products it offers.

In terms of infrastructure and basic services, the company announced the start of construction of 166 schools in the destination in cooperation with building development companies, directly contributing to the Green Saudi initiative. We are also investing in human capacity development through the Wa’ed program for qualified Saudi graduates, graduating 500 trainees in its fifth edition during 2025. In recognition of its role in development and social aspects, the company received the National Volunteer Award in 2024 and the Corporate Social Responsibility Award in the housing category.
