Al Mirqab Real Estate, the real estate arm of Al Mirqab Capital, has launched Al Mirqab Living, a new luxury housing brand aimed at expanding its presence in Qatar’s luxury housing market.
Al Mirqab Real Estate said in a statement that the brand will focus on luxury residential developments in prime locations, targeting affluent buyers seeking design-led properties with long-term investment value.
Al Mirqab Living will serve as the group’s luxury home sales platform and operate within the broader Al Mirqab Capital ecosystem. The new brand will connect buyers with luxury residential projects, while Al Mirqab Capital will oversee the investment strategy and Al Mirqab Real Estate will manage development and leasing.
The brand will debut at Al Mayas, a nine-storey tower at The Pearl in Doha, the developer said.
Conceived to express taste and intent, this luxury property offers fully furnished one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences designed around space, flow, and natural light.
It says each home features carefully selected interiors, high-end European finishes, spa-inspired bathrooms and large balconies with panoramic views of West Bay, Corniche and The Pearl marina.
Located directly opposite the Medina Central Station and steps from the waterfront, Al Mayas offers a walkable, lifestyle-focused environment where cafes, boutiques, dining and leisure are seamlessly integrated into daily life.
With thoughtfully designed amenities, well-maintained common spaces and a focus on comfort, privacy and long-term value, the development reflects Al Mirqab Living’s philosophy of creating homes that balance sophisticated living with enduring investment appeal, it added.
Al Mirqab Living is more than just a sales platform, it embodies a long-term commitment to quality-oriented development, Al Mirqab Real Estate said in a statement.
He added that this launch marks a strategic step in building a portfolio of luxury residential developments in Qatar. -TradeArabia News Service
