Riyadh, March 14, 2025 – Eng. Ahmed bin Ali Al-Baiz, the Assistant Supervisor General for Operations and Programs at the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), held an important meeting on Wednesday in Riyadh with the Ambassador of the Republic of Chad to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Hassan Saleh Aldjinedi. The discussion focused on enhancing the ongoing humanitarian and relief efforts in Chad, as well as exploring ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the field of humanitarian assistance.

During the meeting, the two officials reviewed the current humanitarian situation in Chad, identifying areas where KSrelief’s support could further alleviate the challenges faced by vulnerable populations in the country. They also discussed potential collaborations and initiatives aimed at improving the effectiveness of relief programs and addressing urgent needs, including food security, health care, and infrastructure development.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through KSrelief, has been active in providing vital humanitarian aid to Chad, and the meeting underscored the importance of continued cooperation between the two countries to address the needs of displaced and impoverished communities. Al-Baiz expressed KSrelief’s commitment to supporting the people of Chad and enhancing its partnerships with international stakeholders to maximize the impact of aid.

Ambassador Aldjinedi praised the efforts of KSrelief in Chad, noting the importance of Saudi Arabia’s assistance in improving living conditions and providing much-needed relief to those affected by crises in the country. Both officials emphasized the role of humanitarian aid in fostering peace and stability in Chad and the broader region.

The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to furthering cooperation between KSrelief and the Chadian government, as well as exploring additional avenues for mutual support. KSrelief’s continued engagement with Chad reflects Saudi Arabia’s broader mission of delivering relief to those in need around the world, reinforcing its position as a leading global player in humanitarian assistance.
