Brent price near $72 – Saudi Arabia News

Oil prices turned higher in today’s trading as the US and Iran prepare to hold a third round of nuclear negotiations and trade uncertainty stems from the US Supreme Court ruling.

Brent crude oil futures due next April rose slightly by 0.1% to $71.81 per barrel.

U.S. Nymex crude oil futures for April delivery rose about 0.15% to $66.58 a barrel last week, and Brent crude rose more than 5% last week to hit $72.34, its highest since July 2025, on growing concerns about a possible military conflict between the U.S. and Iran.

Oil prices turned higher in today’s trading due to trade uncertainty following the US Supreme Court ruling, as well as the US and Iran preparing for a third round of nuclear talks.

Brent crude oil futures for April delivery edged up 0.1% to $71.81 per barrel.

U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil futures for April rose about 0.15% to $66.58 per barrel after Brent crude oil prices rose more than 5% last week to $72.34, the highest since July 2025, on growing concerns about a possible military conflict between the United States and Iran.
