Since launching its first project in Dubai in 2021, Dar Global has expanded to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Spain, Greece and the UK, establishing a diverse portfolio of luxury residential, hospitality and lifestyle destinations, the company said.
This milestone follows a transformative year for the company. Dar Global tripled its gross development value in FY2025 from $7.5 billion in FY2024 to $23 billion. This reflects the scale and quality of the pipeline we have built across global markets, including five major master-planned communities and a growing portfolio of globally recognized branded residences.
Revenue increased 124% to $539 million, and EBITDA reached a record $126 million. This reflects strong operating performance and sustained demand across our international portfolio. The company currently has approximately 6,100 units under construction across 16 projects and maintains a strong financial position, supported by cash and cash equivalents of USD 702 million as of December 2025, as well as a recently secured financing facility of USD 250 million to support future growth.
