Dahl Global, a London-listed luxury real estate developer, celebrates its fifth anniversary after rapid international expansion, transforming the company into a $23 billion global real estate platform serving investors in more than 125 countries.

Since launching its first project in Dubai in 2021, Dar Global has expanded to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Spain, Greece and the UK, establishing a diverse portfolio of luxury residential, hospitality and lifestyle destinations, the company said.

This milestone follows a transformative year for the company. Dar Global tripled its gross development value in FY2025 from $7.5 billion in FY2024 to $23 billion. This reflects the scale and quality of the pipeline we have built across global markets, including five major master-planned communities and a growing portfolio of globally recognized branded residences.

Revenue increased 124% to $539 million, and EBITDA reached a record $126 million. This reflects strong operating performance and sustained demand across our international portfolio. The company currently has approximately 6,100 units under construction across 16 projects and maintains a strong financial position, supported by cash and cash equivalents of USD 702 million as of December 2025, as well as a recently secured financing facility of USD 250 million to support future growth.

Dar “Over the past five years, we have built a company designed for global citizens and investors who increasingly live, work and invest across multiple countries,” said Ziad El Char, Chief Executive Officer of Global. , has evolved into a multifaceted platform spanning golf, private clubs, asset management and emerging real estate technology, developed with some of the world’s most recognizable brands. Looking to the future, our ambition is not just to build homes, but to create destinations and experiences.” and the ecosystem that defines the future of luxury living. ”

As part of its next phase of growth, Dar Global is expanding into hospitality and entertainment, developing luxury hotels in Dubai, Riyadh, Muscat and the Maldives. The company has also built a portfolio of golf destinations and private members clubs across major international markets. At the same time, Dar Global has launched an asset management platform, Dar Global Capital Partners, and is advancing real estate tokenization efforts as part of its strategy to participate in the future evolution of global real estate investing.

Another factor determining the company’s growth is its partnerships with some of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands, including the Trump Organization, Automobili Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Pagani, Fendi, Elie Saab, Missoni, Mouawad, Marriott Residences, W Hotels and Nickelodeon Hotels and Resorts.

The company recently became the first GCC-based company to be upgraded to the London Stock Exchange’s ESCC category, reflecting its commitment to international governance standards and transparency. Looking ahead, Dar Global is deepening its focus on asset management, hospitality and technology-enabled real estate solutions, while building major master communities in Muscat, Riyadh and Jeddah in southern Spain, with additional large communities planned in Greece, the company said.

“We believe we are only at the beginning of our growth journey,” El Char added. “Our goal is to continue building the world’s leading real estate platform for global citizens while creating long-term value for our investors, partners and customers.”
