Genie Bank and Al Rajhi Bank launch Saudi Arabia’s first fully integrated ride-hailing loyalty ecosystem

Jeeny, the region’s leading smart mobility platform, on Sunday announced a strategic partnership with Al Rajhi Bank to directly integrate Mokafaa, Saudi Arabia’s leading loyalty program, into the Jeeny ride-hailing experience. This partnership is a major step towards redefining everyday transportation by incorporating benefits into everyday transportation, turning everyday rides into a smarter and more valuable option for customers across the Kingdom.

Genie and Al Rajhi Bank share a clear vision to go beyond convenience and deliver tangible, practical value by connecting everyday mobility with Saudi Arabia’s strongest loyalty ecosystem. The collaboration is designed to help users better manage their transportation costs, save money over time, and benefit from benefits that naturally encourage continued usage, without changing the way they travel or pay.

At the heart of this partnership is Saudi Arabia’s first fully integrated earn and burn loyalty experience within a ride-hailing service. By integrating Mokafaa directly into the journey, Jeeny becomes the Kingdom’s first ride-hailing app, allowing users to seamlessly earn and redeem loyalty points within a single end-to-end experience, turning their daily commute into an ongoing source of value.

As part of this integration, users will earn 4 Mokafaa points for every SR1 spent on Jeeny rides, regardless of payment method. Points are earned automatically through the daily commute, allowing customers to extract value from the mobility they already rely on and better manage their transportation expenses over time.

Accumulated Mokafaa points can be redeemed to top up your Jeeny Wallet and pay for rides directly, helping to reduce the cost of future rides in a way that supports long-term affordability rather than one-time discounts. This approach strengthens sustainable savings and positions loyalty as an integral part of everyday mobility.

To support smooth adoption, the deployment is based on a user-centered educational approach. Customers will be guided step-by-step through linking their Mokafaa account, understanding how to earn points on each ride, and using their rewards through the Jeeny app, making it clear how their daily rides contribute to future savings.

As Jeeny continues to play an active role in Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation, this partnership reflects a shared commitment to building mobility solutions that are accessible, value-focused, and designed for long-term growth, contributing to a more connected, valuable, and digitally enabled mobility ecosystem across the Kingdom.
