Holm Developments launches second residential project in Jumeirah Garden City

UAE – Holm Developments has announced the launch of its second residential project, Linea, in Jumeirah Garden City, following the strong market performance of its debut development, Holm One.

Located in Jumeirah Garden City, Linea is located in one of Dubai’s most central and evolving residential areas, offering connectivity to DIFC, Downtown Dubai and the Jumeirah coastline.

A mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom residences designed with functionality, comfort and durability in mind.

Shared amenities within Linea are planned to support daily living and include landscaped outdoor areas, a swimming pool and a rooftop padel court, the developer said in a statement.

It says it continues to focus on spaces that are practical, well integrated and suitable for everyday use, rather than purely visual appeal.

The project was announced at an exclusive brokerage appreciation and project announcement event that brought together key partners from Holm Developments’ brokerage network at Burj Al Arab.

The gathering introduced the next phase of growth for Linnea and Holm, adding that it recognized the relationships that underpinned the company’s early momentum.

Launched in November 2025, Holm One has recorded strong demand from the beginning, with more than 50% of the stock reserved on the day of launch and all units sold out in the first 10 days, the developer said.

Building on this momentum and reflecting the continued market confidence in Holm Developments’ disciplined, delivery-driven approach, Linea sold out on the day of its launch.

Speaking at the launch, CEO Sergey Avayan said: “The response to Holm One reiterates the importance of trust, location and thoughtful planning. Linea is built on that foundation. It reflects our belief in growing responsibly, working closely with our partners and delivering homes with long-term value for both residents and investors.”

Jumeirah Garden City continues to attract demand from buyers seeking a central location at an affordable price compared to surrounding areas.

End-user driven activity and stable trade levels have reinforced the area’s position as a long-term residential destination.

Linea forms part of Holm Developments’ wider strategy to deliver boutique-scale residential projects in established urban locations.

The company added that it continues to expand its portfolio, including upcoming projects planned for Arjan, and remains focused on controlled growth, disciplined execution and building long-term trust with the market.
