Abu Dhabi – Inception42, the region’s leading innovator of AI-powered products and solutions, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NXT Holding, an AI-native holding company headquartered in Abu Dhabi and owned by Sahm Holding.

The agreement establishes a framework for strategic collaboration across five key areas: AI consulting, training and upskilling, enterprise AI solutions, product distribution, and joint business development.

The MoU was signed by Ashish Koshy, CEO of Inception42 and Sara AlAhbabi, Director of SPV and Portfolio Relations at NXT Holding. This partnership reflects both organizations’ shared commitment to accelerating responsible and effective AI adoption within the UAE and across international markets.

The partnership combines Inception’s sovereign, enterprise-grade AI capabilities with NXT Holding’s growing ecosystem of operating companies, leveraging complementary strengths to create long-term value for governments and businesses across regional and international markets, from strategic advisory and early engagement to implementation and operational integration.

Sheikh Fatma bin Tahnoun bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, Founder and Chairman of Saam Holding, said: “The UAE has put artificial intelligence at the heart of its national vision, and partnerships of this nature are the way to realize that vision. This agreement reflects the strength of our institutions, our integrity of purpose, and our country’s determination to lead in the technologies that will define our future.”

Coshy said, “Inception is built to deliver sovereign, enterprise-grade AI at scale. Our partnership with NXT Holding expands our ability to reach organizations ready to move from AI exploration to AI execution. This MoU allows us to combine the capabilities of our products and platforms with NXT Holding’s market access and investment expertise, creating a powerful channel to drive measurable AI impact across the UAE and beyond.”

Fahmi Abubakar, Managing Director of Sahm Holding, said: “NXT Holding was founded to address the structural changes that artificial intelligence represents in the operation of economies and institutions. Our responsibility is to help governments and businesses navigate that change. Our agreement with Inception extends our delivery commitment and we look forward to the value it will create.”
