The Integrated Transport Center (ITC), an affiliate of the Ministry of Local Government and Transport, has announced the opening hours of Customer Happiness Centers, truck and bus parking lots, detention centers, and operating schedules of public bus services and driving and vehicle license centers during the holy month of Ramadan (2026) in the year 1447 of the Hijri calendar.

ITC said its Customer Happiness Center in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi will operate from 9am to 2:30pm Monday to Thursday and from 9am to 12pm on Fridays during Ramadan.

Customers can access the service 24/7 through the TAMM Digital Government Services Platform, official website (https://adMobility.gov.ae), Abu Dhabi Government Contact Center (800555), Local Government and Transport Support Center (800850), and Taxi Services Contact Center (600535353).

The Mussafah (M18) truck and bus parking service will remain open 24 hours a day during Ramadan, with free service on Sundays.

The Mussafah temporary detention center will remain operational 24/7 throughout the holy month.

Regarding public bus services in the emirate of Abu Dhabi during the holy month of Ramadan, bus services in and around Abu Dhabi will operate daily from 6am to 1am, with normal 24-hour service. The frequency of service on selected routes has been adjusted to match demand patterns during the holy month.

In Al Ain and its suburbs, bus services operate from 6am to 1am. Most suburban services maintain existing frequencies with some adjustments to the chosen route.

In the Al Dhafra region, public bus services will operate according to their normal schedule with some minor adjustments, and services will be suspended during Iftar.

The on-demand bus service will continue to operate from 6am to 11pm every day, and the Abu Dhabi Express service will operate from 6am to 11pm from Monday to Friday and from 6am to 1am on weekends.

To check public bus schedules, visit (https://adMobility.gov.ae) or contact the Local Government and Transport Support Center (800850), the Darbi Smart App or Google Maps.

During the holy month of Ramadan, driver and vehicle licensing services will operate at various centers as follows: From Monday to Thursday, the Customer Happiness Center – Main Building, Al Salam (Abu Dhabi) will be open from 9am to 2pm, and the Customer Happiness Center – eServices and Smart Support Branch (Abu Dhabi) will be open from 11am to 4pm.
