“Musaned” for employers: electronically report the absence of domestic workers – Saudi News

“Okaz” has learned that the “Musaned” platform under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, exclusively dedicated to domestic workers, has launched a service for reporting worker absences before the month of Ramadan, a step aimed at organizing procedures and facilitating the submission of electronic reports as part of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s efforts to increase the efficiency of digital services.

The service allows employers to register a business interruption report in the simple steps of logging into the Musaned platform, selecting a worker, navigating to other procedure options and selecting Report a business interruption, the platform said. You will receive a confirmation message to submit your report, followed by approval and approval to submit your request.

The launch of this service will allow us to strictly regulate the domestic labor market, ensure the accuracy of reports and expedite the processing of reports in accordance with the approved regulatory framework.

In the same context, the “Abshar” platform confirmed that if there is a domestic worker’s absence report previously registered in the system of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the registration of the report via the “Musaned” platform has become a requirement to submit the domestic worker’s absence report, ensuring data integration and standardization of procedures among the relevant authorities.

A note on the Abshar website that if you request a domestic worker interruption report, you must submit your request through the Ministry of Human Resources.

Al-Iqtisad learned that the Mussanid platform, which specializes exclusively in domestic work, has launched a service to report labor absences, in partnership with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. This was done ahead of the month of Ramadan as part of the ministry’s efforts to improve the efficiency of its digital services, with the aim of streamlining procedures and promoting electronic reporting.

The platform revealed that the service allows employers to register work interruption reports in a simplified process, starting by logging into the Mussanid platform, selecting a worker, navigating to the “More steps” option and selecting Report work interruption. You will receive a confirmation message to submit the report, after which your declaration will be approved and your request will be submitted.

The launch of this service is aimed at strengthening the organization of the domestic labor market, ensuring the accuracy of reports and speeding up their processing in accordance with the approved regulatory framework.

In the same context, the “Abshar” platform confirmed that it is now necessary to submit a domestic labor absence report in order to obtain a work interruption report pre-registered in the system of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. This will be done by registering reports through the “Musanid” platform, ensuring the integration of relevant data and standardizing procedures between organizations.

A note on the Abshar website that if you request a domestic worker interruption report, you must submit your request through the Ministry of Human Resources.
