The ‘Check Your Health’ initiative is commendable as it gives the public access to a full range of preventive health check-up services in the style of a car service. This is an idea inspired by the testing and swab centers provided during the corona pandemic.
Automated screening tracks include tests for diabetes, hypertension, obesity, dyslipidemia, osteoporosis, colon cancer, and breast cancer, in addition to advanced tracks on proteomics, lifestyle, and genomics. By booking a ‘Make Sure Your Health’ center through the ‘My Health’ application,
This initiative is an excellent one and fulfills the concept of ‘prevention before treatment’, which is the title of the Ministry of Health’s strategy. During my visit to the center, I entered one of the designated aisles and stopped at the clinic door across from my car. Within minutes, blood pressure, weight, height, and oxygen tests were performed, and blood samples were also taken for other tests. There is also a specialized clinic supervised by a specialist for advanced tests such as heart tests!
For a moment, I couldn’t understand the difference that a “health check” center offered compared to a nearby primary care center, so I directed my questions to the Minister of Health, Fahad Al Jalajer, who explained that these centers were meant to facilitate the public’s access to testing and reduce the burden on care centers and hospitals. He added that many people who visit the Make Sure Your Health center have never visited primary care. He added, as if one could understand from his speech that this initiative was “enthusiasm upon enthusiasm” and evidence of the commitment of the Health Holding to establishing the concept of prevention before treatment through this initiative presented.
In other words, praise be to God who is working diligently to provide health care and improve the quality of life for the people of this country!
The ‘Takkad Li Sehatak’ initiative is commendable as it enables the public to access comprehensive preventive health check-up services in a drive-through style. The concept was inspired by the testing and swab collection centers provided during the corona pandemic.
The automated testing pathway includes tests for diabetes, hypertension, obesity, dyslipidemia, osteoporosis, colon cancer, breast cancer, as well as advanced pathways focusing on proteomics, lifestyle and genomics, all by booking at the ‘Takkad Li Sehatak’ center via the ‘Sehati’ app.
This initiative is impressive and embodies the concept of ‘prevention before treatment’ that is a hallmark of the Ministry of Health’s strategy. During my visit to the center, I entered one of the designated aisles and stopped in front of the clinic door across from my car. Within minutes, blood pressure, weight, height, and oxygen levels were tested, and a blood sample was also taken for further testing. For advanced tests, such as heart tests, there are specialized clinics supervised by specialized doctors!
For a moment, I couldn’t understand the difference that Takkad-li-Sehatak centers offer compared to primary care centers in neighboring areas, so I directed my questions to Minister of Health Fahad Al Jalajer, who explained that these centers are aimed at facilitating access to testing for the public and reducing the burden on primary care centers and hospitals. He added that many of those who visited Takkad-ri-Sehatak center had never visited primary care before, and it seemed to me that this initiative was a “commitment effort” and a testament to Holding Health’s determination to establish the concept of prevention before treatment through this initiative offered by Holding Health.
In short…Thank you God for your efforts in providing healthcare and achieving the essence of quality of life for the people of this country!
