Ras Al Khaimah Special Economic Zone (RAKEZ) has marked the groundbreaking of a new 5,839 square meter warehouse facility in Al Hamra Industrial Zone by Indu, a multi-industry focused logistics and warehousing solutions provider.
The new development will provide an advanced warehousing solution with an expected capacity of 12,000 square meters. The facility is designed to supply fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), hotel supplies and groceries, and will primarily support the food and beverage industry across the Northern Emirates by providing specialist storage solutions.
Scheduled for completion in Q4 2026, the project forms a key part of Indu’s broader expansion strategy to evolve into a multi-industry focused logistics provider, capitalizing on Ras Al Khaimah’s accelerating economic growth and rising demand across key sectors.
