Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received a phone call from French President Emmanuel Macron on Saturday, during which the two leaders discussed serious developments in the region and the impact of the ongoing escalation on regional security and stability.
The crown prince confirmed Saudi condemnation of Iran’s missile attacks on Saudi Arabia and fellow countries.
He stressed that the Kingdom will take all necessary measures to protect its territory and reiterated its full support to brotherly countries in maintaining sovereignty, security and stability.
According to SPA, he also called President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani of Qatar, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah of Kuwait, and King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of Jordan.
The Crown Prince affirmed Saudi Arabia’s full solidarity with fellow countries following the blatant Iranian attacks targeting his country, and declared Saudi Arabia’s unwavering support and readiness to deploy all resources at its disposal to counter these aggressions that undermine regional security and stability.
