Governor of the Eastern Region, Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, received Dr. Saad bin Awad Alharbi, Deputy Minister of General Education, in his office in the emirate’s Diwan on Monday, in the presence of Dr. Munira bint Badr Al-Mahshir, Director-General of Education, Eastern Region.
The Eastern Regional Chief Minister emphasized that wise leaders are paying great attention to the education sector as it is a fundamental pillar of human development, noting that investment in education is the basis for developing national cadres who can effectively contribute to national progress by providing a stimulating educational environment and improving the quality of educational outcomes.
Dr. Alharbi presented to the Heads of the Eastern Region about the initiatives and efforts of the Ministry in the Eastern Region, educational system development programs and projects aimed at improving the educational environment and increasing the efficiency of educational facilities and services, contributing to the achievement of the Ministry’s goals of improving the quality of education and improving outcomes at various stages.
Dr. Alharbi expressed his gratitude to the Heads of the Eastern Region for the support and attention given to the education sector in the region, stressing that this support contributes to strengthening the development process and improving the education system, which is positively reflected in the quality of educational outcomes.
