Luxury will have a new address in 2030 with the opening of St. Regis Jeddah.
The property is set to debut in the waterfront city five years from now, but the excitement has already gripped us.
Standing all tall and pretty along the coast of Jeddah, the hotel is set to be Saudi’s third St. Regis property after Riyadh and the Red Sea.
The gleaming St. Regis will have a whopping 191 guestrooms, elegant suites, and seaview serviced apartments. Talk about a dreamy staycation!
St. Regis Jeddah 2030
A crown jewel in the Marriott International family, St. Regis is where timeless elegance meets modern indulgence. First opened in 1904 by John Jacob Astor as the sister property to his partly-owned Waldorf-Astoria Hotel. After multiple ownership changes, the brand was revived in 1998. Since then, the American multinational hoteliers have opened over 50 properties worldwide.

The luxurious property will be taking over the 52-storey U-View Tower in Ash Shati. You will have uninterrupted views of King Fahd’s Fountain and the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, where the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix goes vroom-vroom.

The hotel is set to open the same year as Saudi Vision 2030’s completion, but no official dates have been announced yet.

Other cool openings in Saudi
The Kingdom is preparing to welcome some fantastic properties in the coming years including (but not limited to) AAMALA Nammos, the first-ever Nammos outside of Greece. NEOM’s The Line has also revealed the hidden marina while Armani residences have been unveiled by the Diriyah Company. The capital city is about to painted red with the Red Palace opening next year.
