The Land Registry has announced the launch of the ‘Land Registry Portal – Business’. To become an integrated digital destination offering comprehensive real estate services to the business sector, within the framework of the Real Estate Registry Strategy (Ashar), which aims to strengthen digital infrastructure, achieve sustainable growth and enable partnership with the real estate sector with various components.
This step comes as an extension of the Real Estate Registry’s efforts to develop digital solutions for different customer segments and comes as part of a strategic direction aimed at expanding the scope of services and improving the efficiency of digital experiences for corporate, real estate developer and financial institution beneficiaries, thereby contributing to the digitization of real estate assets in the Kingdom and improving the reliability of real estate data.

The portal will be an integrated and comprehensive destination, providing a smooth and secure experience and allowing business sector beneficiaries to access automated digital services that increase procedural efficiency and contribute to accelerating business cycles.
