Sanofi has been recognized by the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development as a Health Sector Nationalization Award Winner (2025) as part of the 5th Labor Awards. The award, with one winner selected per category each year, recognizes Sanofi’s continued contribution to localization and national talent development in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
This recognition reflects Sanofi’s long-term commitment to promoting Saudi jobs, strengthening leadership representation, and building future-ready local capacity across its operations in Saudi Arabia.

The Nationalization Award recognizes organizations based on measurable impact and sustainability, with criteria covering Saudi Arabia’s employment rates, domestic talent retention, women’s empowerment, implementation of flexible remote work models, and employee experience metrics.
