press release:
Saudi-based logistics startup Routech Express has completed a R3.75 million ($1 million) pre-seed funding round led by Q Fund with participation from a group of angel investors.
The funding will accelerate the development of a unified digital shipping platform that enables instant price comparison, booking, payment and shipment tracking across multiple carriers through a single interface, while supporting Routech Express’ expansion into and beyond Saudi Arabia.
Founded to simplify deliveries for individuals and businesses, Routech Express positions itself as a one-stop digital layer of logistics, responding to the increasing demand due to the growth of e-commerce and the need for faster and more transparent delivery services in the Kingdom.
This round follows Lutech Express’ previous win in the Al Alf Miles program, part of Saudi Arabia’s National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP), and strengthens its alignment with Vision 2030 goals on logistics automation and digital transformation.
The company said the new capital will be used to expand carrier integration, enhance platform capabilities, improve service quality and coverage, and support merchants and businesses with more flexible, technology-driven shipping tools as they expand domestically and internationally.
