Earth Hotels Saudi is opening soon.
The conscious, design-led hospitality brand is opening new locations in Saudi Arabia and Europe, with four new urban resorts on the way. The total project value? Over $202 million. The goal? To create places that connect people—not just places to sleep.
Earth Hotels Saudi
First stop Riyadh (Opening Q3 2026)

Earth Hotels Saudi will open its first Kingdom location in Riyadh’s Al Maathar district, not far from the Diplomatic Quarter. Earth Hotels Saudi’s Riyadh property is designed for both business travelers and locals, people who want a place that feels energetic, social, and grounded in Saudi culture.
With 86 rooms, lofts, and suites, Earth Riyadh is built for people who travel often, live online, and want more out of their stay. Expect laid-back spaces, bold design, a neighborhood feel, and local energy. There’s a rooftop lounge, music room, co-working zone, a boutique wellness space, and an eatery that doubles as a hangout spot.
Earth Hotels wants this to be the kind of place where you can stay the night or just stop by for a coffee, a meeting, or an event. Think third space, but with personality.
On the Coast: Earth Jeddah Waterfront (Opening Q3 2027)

Next up for Earth Hotels Saudi is the waterfront city of Jeddah. This one’s a bit different, it’s part hotel, part residential community, and part social destination. It includes 110 rooms and 179 fully serviced apartments, all built around shared experiences.
The design mixes traditional local architecture with a fresh, modern style. It’s not trying to be something it’s not, it’s Jeddah, reimagined. Guests and residents will have access to wellness treatments like cryotherapy and float therapy, along with high-performance training zones.
Earth Hotels Saudi in Jeddah will also include event spaces, co-working areas, and shops connected to the corniche. It’s built for people who want to stay a little longer, meet others, and feel part of something.
Earth Hotels Saudi: A hospitality brand with a clear point of view
Alan Honein, Founder and Chief Executive Citizen at Earth Hotels, says it best: “We’re focused on places that are design-led and community-first.”
The team isn’t chasing trends, they’re creating places they’d want to stay in – real people, real use, real cities.
Rami Moukarzel, Co-founder and Managing Partner, adds: “It’s not just about beds and rooms. We’re building spaces where people live, work, and grow.”
Earth Hotels is tapping into the energy across Saudi Arabia right now—creative, fast-moving, and full of new ideas.
Earth Hotels Saudi: What’s Ahead

After Riyadh and Jeddah, Earth Hotels is opening in Lisbon and Porto. Different cities, same mission: build places that feel grounded in local culture but work for the global traveler.
And in every city, one thing stays the same: Earth Hotels is about experiences with meaning, places with purpose, and design that makes visitors feel something.
