NHC signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Ministry of Sports, in line with the 2026 Real Estate Future Forum, with the aim of strengthening joint cooperation in the field of preparing sports facilities and facilities for sports investments, organizing sporting events and sports activities in urban areas in partnership with NHC.
The agreement was signed on the NHC side by Mr. Yazid Al Nafisa, Vice President for Shared Services, and on the side of the Ministry of Sports by Her Excellency Engineer Tamer Basanber, Undersecretary of Sports Facilities at the Ministry of Sports.
The agreement takes place within the framework of supporting investments in the sports sector, contributing to the improvement of the level of the practice of sports activities and the organization of various events, strengthening the use of sports facilities and facilities, creating an integrated urban environment that improves the quality of life and positively reflects the health and well-being of society.
It is noteworthy that the NHC project embodies the company’s vision of developing integrated urban communities based on quality of life, providing multiple housing options within a healthy and sustainable environment, and aligning with the goals of the housing program, which is one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs, by increasing the home ownership rate to 70%.
