OPEC ministers: monitor compliance with agreed production adjustments – Saudi News

The 64th meeting of the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee was held via video conference on Sunday, 13 Shaban, 1447, corresponding to 1 February 2026, during which the Committee considered the crude oil production data for November and December 2025 and noted the commitments of OPEC and non-OPEC oil producing countries to participate in the Declaration of Cooperation.

The Committee also reviewed the updated compensation schedule, reiterating the critical importance of achieving full compliance and compensation.

The Committee confirmed that it will continue to monitor compliance with the production adjustments agreed at the 38th Ministerial Meeting of OIC Member States and non-OIC Producing States participating in the Declaration of Cooperation held on 5 December 2024, as well as with the additional voluntary production adjustments announced by some OIC Member States and non-OIC Producing States participating in the Declaration of Cooperation, in accordance with what was agreed at the 52nd Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee Meeting. Held on February 1, 2024.

The Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee reserves the power to hold additional meetings and to convene a ministerial meeting of OPEC Member States and non-Member Producing Countries based on the agreement reached at the 38th Ministerial Meeting of OPEC Member States and Non-Member Producing Countries held on December 5, 2024.

It was decided that the next Joint Ministerial Oversight Committee (65th meeting) will be held on April 5, 2026.

The 64th meeting of the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee was held via video conference on Sunday, 1447 Shaban 13, February 1, 2026. During the meeting, the Committee reviewed crude oil production data for November and December 2025 and highlighted the commitments of OPEC countries and participating non-OPEC oil producing countries in the Declaration of Cooperation.

The Committee reiterated that achieving full compliance and compensation is of paramount importance and reviewed the updated compensation schedule.

The Committee confirmed that, in accordance with the agreement reached at the 52nd Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee held on February 1, it will continue to monitor compliance with the production adjustments in the Declaration of Cooperation agreed upon at the 38th Ministerial Meeting of OPEC member countries and non-OPEC oil producing countries held on December 5, 2024, as well as compliance with additional voluntary production adjustments announced by some OPEC member countries and participating non-OPEC oil producing countries. 2024.

The Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee reserves the authority to hold additional meetings and convene ministerial meetings between OPEC Member States and OPEC Non-Producing Countries, based on the agreement reached at the 38th Ministerial Meeting of OPEC Member States and OPEC Non-Producing Countries held on December 5, 2024.

The next Joint Ministerial Oversight Committee (65th meeting) is scheduled to be held on April 5, 2026.
