Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, witnessed the launch of Noor Khuzam, one of the most prominent new residential communities in the north of the city. The project will be developed through Hassan Alam Holding’s development arm Global Developments and Tilal Real Estate in partnership with National Housing Company (NHC).
The launch was announced during the participation in the RESTATEX Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition 2026, which will be held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center from February 11 to 14, 2026, under the patronage of Majid bin Abdullah Al Hogair, Minister of Regional Housing.
