press release:
Flat6Labs is hosting the 6th Demo Day of the Riyadh Seed Program (RSP) today in Riyadh. The program is funded by F6 Ventures, Saudi Arabia’s most active VC for the past three years, in partnership with Saudi Venture Capital Company (SVC) and working with key national ecosystem players such as Jada Fund of Funds and Riyadh Valley Company (RVC). The event marks the completion of six accelerator cycles supported by the National Technology Development Program (NTDP) since the program’s inception in 2023, and marks a major milestone in the development of early-stage entrepreneurship in Saudi Arabia.
With support from the National Technology Development Program (NTDP), RSP has accelerated more than 60 startups to date, injecting approximately US$17 million in seed investment from F6 Ventures’ Startup Seed Fund LP, backed by anchor LP SVC and lead LPs Jada and RVC, and enabling US$38 million in subsequent funding and co-investments. In total, the program has supported over 130 founders and contributed to the creation of over 440 jobs in Saudi Arabia, highlighting its long-term economic impact.
In addition to seed funding, the program provides a regionally focused, market-driven acceleration model with a focus on hands-on strategic mentoring, business training, networking opportunities and increased investor visibility. It aims to provide founders with the operational capabilities and acumen they need to build scalable, investment-ready companies.
RSP also receives support from the National Technology Development Program’s Empowering Accelerators product, reflecting a strong alignment with the national goal of fostering innovation and technology-driven growth.
At the next Demo Day, selected companies from Group 6 will present their progress to investors, partners, and the media. Additionally, F6 Ventures highlights the broad portfolio of investments completed over the past year, providing a comprehensive view of the fund’s activities and impact.
The sixth cohort reflects the breadth and depth of innovation emerging from the Saudi market, with startups operating across artificial intelligence and data infrastructure, fintech, healthtech, enterprise software, industrial AIoT, mobility, and retail analytics. This cohort includes ventures such as CoreTechX, an AI-driven system that builds searchable databases and enables private GPT-like queries against handwritten Arabic archives. AIoT sensors and software for digital oil, oil and gas, utilities, and manufacturing. Bookahospi, an AI infrastructure that automates the international movement of healthcare workers. Sanadk is an AI-powered accounting platform that integrates bookkeeping, tax reporting, and financial management into one interface. Nero, an autonomous delivery vehicle that reduces last-mile delivery costs, has been selected for the Department of Transportation’s Future Mobility Sandbox. MEDirect is a healthtech SaaS platform that allows doctors and medical complexes to launch virtual clinics that integrate payment, labs, pharmacy, and radiology. Rintel is an AI-powered data platform that connects FMCG suppliers and retailers and provides real-time insights into sales, inventory, and forecasting.
The final Demo Day will highlight the importance of institutional collaboration in building a resilient and globally competitive venture capital ecosystem. Through the joint efforts of ecosystem partners, the Riyadh Seed Program has helped expand the pipeline of high-potential Saudi startups and strengthen their readiness for growth.
As these companies progress to more advanced stages, continued coordination across capital provision, capacity building, and ecosystem connectivity will remain essential. Through Flat6Labs’ programs and F6 Ventures’ early-stage investment efforts, the group continues to support promising founders and strengthen Saudi Arabia’s position as a leading regional hub for innovation, venture investment, and private sector growth in line with the Kingdom’s economic diversification goals.
