Dubai Aerospace Company to record $702.2 million profit in 2025

Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) on Wednesday reported its financial results for the year ending 31 December 2025.

The company announced that its profit reached USD 702.2 million, an increase of USD 224.7 million (47.1%) from USD 477.5 million in 2024. This was mainly due to an increase in operating income and insurance claims collection.

Pre-tax income for 2025 was $761.6 million and total revenue was $1,725.2 million, an increase of 20.7% compared to $1,429.6 million in the prior-year period. This growth was due to increased lease revenue from newly acquired aircraft, including through business combinations, and increased maintenance revenue.

Total assets increased from $13,033.3 million in 2024 to $16,547.7 million at the end of 2025, mainly due to aircraft acquisitions in the same year.

“2025 was another exceptional year for the DAE franchise. We announced and completed the acquisition of NAC. In total we acquired 280 aircraft and sold 111 aircraft,” said Firoz Tarapore, CEO of DAE.

He added: “The number of aircraft we own and manage increased by 38% to 604 aircraft at the end of 2025. Full-year revenue increased by 21%, pre-tax profit margin increased by 43%, and pre-tax profit margin and return on equity continued to improve.”

Despite DAE’s growth, balance sheet discipline in terms of capital adequacy, funding, and liquidity metrics remained intact. “During the year, we raised $3.9 billion in long-term debt financing through multiple public-private transactions,” Tarapore said.

DAE Engineering delivered another record year of performance, with revenue up 13% year over year to $211 million and profitability up 47% to $64 million.
