She said in-kind registration requires the presence of a deed that meets regulatory requirements to complete the registration process.

The authorities called on property owners in the area and nearby areas subject to in-kind registration to check whether they have property title deeds and necessary conditions in preparation for the start of registration. Inquiries regarding the registration procedure may be made through the Authority’s official platform or by calling the Customer Service Center 199002.
From the set registration start date, a “property number” and ownership registration certificate will be issued for each registered real estate unit. Title registration documents contain subsequent rights and obligations associated with real estate data, description, condition, and precise geospatial information.
